This Christmas, Discovery Bay will transform into an Italian winter wonderland, offering a range of exciting activities for you to enjoy an unforgettable winter holiday with your family and friends! You can feel the strong Italian romantic atmosphere at the sparkling glass house in Discovery Plaza and the 20-meter-high golden glass castle in North Plaza; and you can also take the Discovery Bay ferry for free on weekends and holidays, allowing you to easily enjoy a European-style holiday in Hong Kong. The festival will kick off with a parade, a lighting ceremony, and fantastic song and dance performances, with the rising popular singer and actor Wei Junsheng (Jeffrey) also making an appearance!

In addition, the 'Our Hot Sing 2025' concert hosted by Metro Radio, as well as singers Zhou Jipei and Luo Q豪, will also perform live at North Plaza to bring an extraordinary Christmas music experience to music lovers. There will also be a winter outdoor market during Christmas, featuring a variety of unique handicrafts, wines, and delicacies.

Free Discovery Bay Ferry Winter Holiday Limited Offer

 From November 22, 2025, to January 1, 2026, on weekends and public holidays, the public can take the 11:30 am designated ferry from Central Pier 3 to Discovery Bay for free*. On Sundays and public holidays, this free flight will also arrive at North Plaza. Simply use your Octopus card to enter the gate and enjoy this offer. A total of 8,000 ferry tickets worth over HK$0.4 million will be available for this promotion, so don't miss out!

 Discovery Bay Winter Festival A Magical Christmas Journey

 This Christmas, Discovery Bay will incorporate the charm of Italian architecture into the festival celebrations, creating a romantic and enchanting Christmas experience. Discovery Plaza will feature a sparkling glass house as a dream-like photo spot, while North Plaza will showcase a 20-meter-high golden glass castle fused with a clock tower, along with a photo spot inspired by the iconic Boat Fountain (Fontana della Barcaccia) in Rome's Spanish Square, exuding Italian elegance.

In addition, D'Deck Seaside Corridor in Discovery Plaza and the Love Lock Corridor in North Plaza will transform into a Christmas Avenue of Stars, with dazzling lights intertwining to form a romantic sea of lights, making one feel as if they are in an Italian square. Coupled with the vibrant light projections and snow effects in the evening, every detail of Discovery Bay exudes an Italian festival atmosphere. 

North Plaza Lighting Ceremony and Parade A Musical Dance Opening to the Holidays

Discovery Bay will hold a grand Christmas lighting ceremony on Friday, November 21, featuring a vibrant parade, a grand lighting ceremony, and fantastic musical dance stage performances. The rising famous singer and actor Wei Junsheng (Jeffrey) will lead the parade, host the lighting ceremony, and deliver a wonderful singing performance, kicking off the colorful Christmas celebrations in Discovery Bay!

Discovery Bay Christmas Outdoor Market

This Christmas, a Christmas outdoor market filled with Italian charm will make its grand debut from December 25 to 28 at Discovery Plaza, with adorable wooden house booths offering holiday gifts and wines and delicacies. There will also be a range of exciting activities, including Santa Claus giving out small gifts, a magician performing captivating magic tricks, children's dances, and thrilling jump rope performances, ensuring a joyful time for all!

In addition, the regular Sunday Outdoor Market will be held on November 9, November 23, and December 14 with a Christmas theme, allowing you to shop for your heart's content and enjoy the festive atmosphere with your loved ones!

Metro. Our Hot Sing 2025

The 'Our Hot Sing 2025', hosted by Metro Radio and fully supported by Discovery Bay, will be held on Sunday, December 14, at North Plaza. Multiple singers will perform their hottest songs of the year. 'Our Hot Sing' is not only a music festival but also a prelude to the Metro Radio Hit Awards. Various music units will actively campaign on-site, aiming to melt the hearts of the audience with their songs.
